Comaneci is also involved with a range of charitable organizations as a member of the Special Olympics International Muscular Dystrophy Association and Laureus Sports For Good Foundation Board of Directors. She also continues to donate money and time to many charitable organizations like the Nadia Comaneci Children's Hospital located in Bucharest.
