Andrea Jeremiah

Andrea Maria Jeremiah is an Indian actress, playback performer and a musician who works mostly in Tamil and Malayalam film languages. She made her acting debut with the Tamil movie Pachaikili Muthucharam and also made her Malayalam debut with Annayum Rasoolum. Andrea Jeremiah, born into an Anglo-Indian family from Arakkonam Tamil Nadu. Andrea Jeremiah's father works as a lawyer at the Madras High Court. Andrea is the youngest cousin of an assistant researcher from Leuven, Belgium. Jeremiah was born near Chennai she attended National Public School before graduating from Women's Christian College. Andrea began playing piano during her eighth year. Young Stars was the Jackson Five band Andrea joined at 10-years-old. This led to her first professional singing experience and early music composition. At her university she also was performing as a theatre artist in stage plays organized through The Madras Players. She served as the president of Women's Christian College's Student Senate. Andrea started her career in theatre through Girish Karnad's Nagamandala. She appeared in the leo coffee commercial alongside Shiva. She also appeared in a series that was shown on Podhigai. The actress has appeared all over India. She was in a short performance at the close of Kanda Mudhal 2005. After she rendered a song for Gautham Vasudev Menon's Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu she was asked to appear as the main female characters in his next venture Pachaikili Muthucharam. Andrea plays Kalyani in this film, which is an adaptation of James Siegel's novel Derailed. Her husband is implicated in an affair and is blackmailed by her husband. Andrea was approached by Simran shobana and Tabu. It was released early in 2010. Her minor role was accepted in the film of Venkat Mankatha in the year 2011, which starred a number of actors. Annayum Rasoolum was Rajeev's romantic flick from 2013.
